Chef Pablo has been cooking for 32 years. In his journey, he has cooked for celebrities, presidents, and rock stars, such as George Bush jr and his wife, Martin Sheen, Emilio Estevez, Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie, Elisabeth Shue, Maury Povich, and Tim Salmon. Pablo started cooking at the age of 8 and running restaurants at 18. Pablo has a big passion for cooking. However, he has an even bigger passion for his clients and for providing quality food. Chef Pablo has been clean from addiction for 20 years. He’s very grateful to be part of the client’s journey. He enjoys spending time with clients in his free time, such as taking them on weekend outings and hosting company Holiday gatherings (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter) for clients and staff.
